In this role you will become part of a collaborative team of like-minded individuals working in an Agile environment. You will be using state-of-the-art technologies to set and maintain architecture, extend architecture, design innovative solutions and promote excellence within the team. You will be passionate about creating solutions in an ever evolving and fast paced IT landscape seeking ways to continually enhance the organisation.

You are not afraid to share ideas but equally listen to those around you to make sure you are designing solutions based on business needs.

**You will need**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Software Engineering with an interest in solutions integrity
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Understanding and working knowledge within the SDLC life cycle
- Working within a cross-functional team of RTE's and Development Teams to achieve great business outcomes
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
- To be a strategic thinker
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to communicate and share ideas with the broader team and stakeholders
