**The Opportunity**

Join Gallagher as a Principal Solution Architect and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise technology. This is a senior leadership position where you'll design and guide the delivery of complex, scalable, and secure solutions that align with business strategy and architectural standards. You'll work across diverse programs, collaborating with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver innovative outcomes. **The Fit**

You’ll bring:

- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture or senior technical design roles.
- Proven success in designing and delivering complex, scalable solutions across hybrid environments.
- Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modelling tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business leaders.
- A mentoring mindset, with a passion for uplifting architectural capability across teams.
- A forward-thinking attitude, staying current with emerging technologies and driving innovation.
