**Solutions Architect - Security**

**The Role**

This role provides strategic direction for our clients to create a secure and resilient IT environment.
- Strategic Direction: Guide clients to establish a secure IT environment compliant with regulation.
- Security Audits: Conduct thorough assessments of the client's security systems.
- Architecture Evaluation: Develop security architecture in line with NIST and other frameworks.
- Threat Analysis: Understand and anticipate malicious actor tactics to fortify defenses.
- Vulnerability Identification: Detect security weaknesses across various IT domains.
- Mitigation Strategy: Design and implement solutions to enhance security posture
- Business Analysis: Document client needs for clear reference and action planning.
- Technical Advice: Offer strategic consultancy for innovative security solutions.
- Solution Design: Craft and price security solutions adhering to architectural standards.
- Documentation: Create detailed statements of work for proposed solutions.
- Quotation Contribution: Assist in developing quotes and RFP responses for services.
- Mentorship: Provide expert guidance and quality assurance.

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of ten years of experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record as a Cyber Security Consultant, with a focus on the technical aspects of security.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and cloud security.
- Proficiency with various security assessment tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
- Demonstrated leadership in technical roles and involvement in large-scale projects.
