Key role leading on remuneration and benefits for this large, complex organisation

**Your new company**

Our client is a well known organisation in the transport industry and they have an opportunity for a Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to join their team based in Auckland.

**Your new role**

Working closely with the CEO and CPO, you'll deliver specialist remuneration advice and support to Senior Leaders across the organisation and will be responsible for setting the remuneration and benefit direction, strategy and framework, ensuring that the organisation is well positioned in the market to attract and retain key talent and is on top of market changes.

**What you'll need to succeed**

With 5+ years experience working as a specialist in compensation and benefits, you'll have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of the role including job evaluation and job analysis systems, organisational psychology and labour market surveys and current labour rules and regulations as well as various types of incentives and benefits.

You'll have experience working in a large complex organisation previously, ideally within a union environment.
