**About the role**

As a Trade Sales Manager at our St Lukes branch, you will provide pivotal operational support to the branch manager and wider team by overseeing the day to day running of the Trade Sales Team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support branch sales.
- Uphold best practise standards by leading from the front and effectively managing the team to achieve objectives, maximise revenue and ensure all health and safety is adhered to.
- Lead and develop the team by inspiring, supporting, motivating, and encouraging growth and succession.
- Deliver exceptional customer service though effective processes across all branch operations along with partnering and developing relationships with customers.
- Maintain a seamless store experience by overseeing stock management and deliver on key projects.

- Proven leadership with an overall responsibility for staff management
- A team player with the right attitude.
- A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers.
- Highly self-motivated, you work well autonomously and have a natural desire to grow your team, develop their training needs and maximise branch profitability.
- You're a fast learner, thrive on challenges and can adapt quickly to market changes.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a similar management role would be ideal.
- Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
