**About the Role**

We’re seeking a Senior Data & AI Engineer to unlock the full potential of our data and AI capabilities. In this hands-on, technically focused role, you’ll design and support robust data pipelines and operationalise AI and machine learning models that drive real-world outcomes.

Working within a collaborative engineering team, you’ll deliver solutions that enhance customer experiences and support a data-informed business. Reporting to the Data and AI Engineering Lead, you’ll focus on building scalable data pipeline developments, AI-enabled solutions, and ML model deployments, all while ensuring strong governance and security practices.

You’re a skilled engineer with a solid foundation in data and AI, paired with a collaborative mindset and a passion for creating impactful solutions. You’re confident working across both business and technical teams and can navigate change in a fast-evolving environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 5+ years in data engineering, machine learning, or a related field, with a relevant degree
- Strong experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Skilled in SQL and Python, with experience in ETL/ELT development and transformation tools (e.g., Coalesce)
- Solid understanding of data governance, quality, security, and dimensional modelling (e.g., Kimball)
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control (e.g., GitHub), and modern development workflows
- Experience in machine learning engineering, including model deployment and/or MLOps.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) in data-driven solutions.
- Experience developing with AI tools stack such as Streamlit, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and vector databases.
