About the role
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager (FMCA Disclosure), you will assist in the preparation and review process for disclosure documents required under the FMCA Discretionary Investment Management Services (DIMS) and Managed Investment Scheme (MIS) licences held by ANZ New Zealand, ANZ Investments and other related entities.
This role will also be responsible for liaising with, and supporting the Product and Marketing teams in their role to publish documents accurately, and on time.
What will your day look like
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Prepare, manage, monitor and maintain the content of disclosure documents so they comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Be a technical expert in FMCA disclosures and associated governance and risk management activities
Manage stakeholder relationships to the extent of negotiating and influencing a diverse and senior group to drive continuous improvement, efficiency and accuracy
Engage internally with relevant ANZ business areas, governance, oversight bodies, and externally with Regulators and Supervisors
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to navigate ambiguity, conflicting stakeholder priorities, and regulatory and compliance requirements in a business environment that is continuously evolving and expanding.
**You will have**:
At least five years’ legal or compliance experience, with knowledge and experience of FMCA licencing and regulatory requirements, associated governance and risk management activities
Confident senior stakeholder engagement; excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to anticipate and plan for change; take a long-term view of business needs; strive for continuous improvement and better outcomes
Excellent attention to detail; strong document execution and document management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
