Architectural Envelopes offers distinctive roofing, exterior cladding, and interior finishes. Our products are used in architectural homes, commercial buildings and iconic buildings, designed to last for over 100 years.

**About the Role**:
We are offering a permanent position to a Draftsperson. You will be responsible for drafting and pricing for our varied projects and assisting the Directors as needed.

**What you will be doing**:

- Use of CAD software to generate fabrication drawings
- Excellent knowledge and experienced MS Office user, in particular Excel
- Contract Administration
- Purchasing
- Manage files and systems
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations as per construction drawings and documentation
- Schedule of Quantities
- Costing variations
- Maintain facilities and office supplies including kitchen and other areas
- Commitment to work within Health and Safety guidelines
- Commitment to work within Health and Safety guidelines
- An integral part of the larger team producing quality work and ensuring good workflow to meet deadlines

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in relevant industry
- Degree or Diploma in drafting
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- An eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Work un-supervised, motivated and self-dependent
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
