**Pricing & Estimating Coordinator - Plumbing & Bathroom**

**About the role**

You'll be a key part of servicing our pricing and estimating team, alongside our Q/S function, to:

- ** Help build houses** by providing pricing for the plumbing and bathroom fittings
- ** Ensure prompt and accurate quotes and pricing structures** - working within our product system and our suppliers to find pricing for plumbing and bathroom items as specified by our Account Managers, Branch Managers, Detailers and Designers
- ** Checking with Building Plans**:

- ensuring things look right with your pricing compared to the plans.
- ** Build strong relationships** with local representatives of our preferred suppliers, Branch Managers, QS team, and internal sales and estimation teams.

- ** Good with numbers. **You're an analytical thinker, confident working with numbers and excellent at time management.
- ** A real people person. **You have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- ** Skill at working with data **or experience in a similar role is essential.
- ** Efficient computer skills. **You're an Excel wiz and fast and accurate when entering data.
- ** Knowledge of our products **and how you can add value is desirable, but we'll train you well.
