As an Administrator - Application Assessor you will be an integral part of the refunds team responsible for reviewing and assessing claims.

The role starts rom the 22 nd of August and there are others in the team that have recently started, so you will be in a position to learn together. The length of the role is for a minimum of 3 months but could extend further.

Hours are 8 am - 4.30 pm - Monday - Friday.

**What you will be doing**
- Reviewing refund claims in paper form & online
- Assessing the claim and the supporting documents supplied to ensure the claim is in line with guidelines.
- Data entry (keying)

**What are the skills you will need**
- Ability to use your judgment and make decisions
- Able to use MS Teams and Outlook
- Experience with software systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast and accurate data entry skills

There will be full training and ongoing support provided.

**Where you will be working**

The role is based in Palmerston North Central offices. Once you are fully trained there may be the option to work from home on agreed days.
