An exciting opportunity now exists to join our Service Operations team as a Toyota Care Assessor at our Head Office in Palmerston North. Reporting directly to the Associate Manager - Warranty, this fixed term (15 months) role will see you using your exceptional customer service and administration skills to help our Dealers provide the “best customer service in town” regarding our Toyota Care Warranties and Service Plans.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management of incoming warranty claims- Conducting investigations into Warranty claims to ensure they are correctly assessed and closed- Conducting on-claim administration- Providing advice and guidance to the Toyota Store Network on Warranty and Service Plans- Supporting the management of the servicing inbox to resolve all incoming warranty queries- Ensuring that all invoices are processed within required time framesWe pride ourselves on our people so to be successful in the role you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to form good relationships- Strong administration skills and a good head for numbers-
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems- The ability to thrive in a busy environment- A proactive, positive can-do attitude- Automotive knowledge is advantageous but not essentialSo who are we?
