Due to the continued growth and success of our global team, **we are seeking at ICT Manager to join our Napier team. **Our Napier office is where our Product and Engineering and Product teams are based, and it's also the spot where Re-Leased was founded back in 2012, by our CEO. **Your Role**

Reporting into the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end maintenance and use of all our hardware, software and office infrastructure within Re-Leased. You will build and manage systems and processes for our global team to ensure everyone continues to use our assets effectively and efficiently.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Be the steady hand behind all our hardware, software and office infrastructure (wifi, access, phone plans etc.)
- Formulate and direct information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies and plans
- Direct and execute the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training
- Onboard & Offboard all new starters' systems and hardware
- Manage the hardware audit and plan to recycle or sell existing hardware
- Respond to global support inquiries about software and hardware problems
- Source and partner with support organizations in the US/UK to manage tech escalations

**Your Experience**
- Significant ICT management and support experience
- Proven experience in a technical role in a startup/high growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and be the sole face of ICT internally
- A deep understanding of technology and ICT Management (both Windows and Mac ecosystems)
- An ability to lead and manage technical projects
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others within the ICT domain
