No two days are the same. - We have a permanent opportunity for an Analyst Programmer to join Cards & Payments Domain in Technology. - Mō te Tūranga | About the Role - As an Analyst Programmer, you will be responsible for being agile and progressing the design, build and implementation of technology solutions to meet our business and customers’ needs. You will support and continually improve our systems, working with the business, technology and industry professionals to determine requirements and deliver what is needed. - We sat down with our Engineering Lead, and they let us know the following about the role. - What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?- Monitor inbox and incident queue, investigate customer queries, collaborate to troubleshoot and look for ways to continually improve.- Provides Production Support including afterhours on-call for our systems to ensure they are continually available for our customers.- Support the Product Owner to recognise opportunities for stakeholders to leverage from existing functionality and make recommendations to increase or improve the usability of our systems and processes. We are also looking for someone who has experience with Cloud and DevOps agile development tools like Bitbucket, GIT, Terraform, Ansible and Jenkins.
