**The Opportunity**

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety. You will also be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing department by managing your team effectively to maximize available resources and achieve production schedules and delivery timelines to meet customer expectations.

**The Fit**

We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment. You’ll have strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience. To succeed in this role you’ll also have:

- Degree or Technical certification in Engineering, Maintenance or related field.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve maintenance goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other leaders, supervisors and managers.
- Knowledge of and practice in Lean Manufacturing.
- Courage and confidence to make tough decisions.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
