**About the Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader Health, Administrator (Healthcare) | Kaiwhakarite (Haumanu Hauora), plays a key role in Auckland South Corrections Facility contributing to the provision of effective care of tane. You will work closely with the Healthcare Team in assisting them with administrative support including but not limited to;
- Assist with the preparation and running of clinics.
- Providing daily reports including data analysis.
- Organise and maintain effective filing systems for all tane files and maintains waitlists and appointments.
- Provide support for meetings such as collating and distributing meeting papers, taking and distribution of minutes.

- To be successful in this role, you will have:_

The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Qualification in Administration - preferable
- Experience in customer service, hospitals or prisons
- Experience of working with offenders in other contexts - preferable
- Significant experience and working knowledge of IT especially Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence
- The ability to obtain necessary security clearance
- Understanding of the Treaty of Waitangi, its principles and related contemporary issues.
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role._

**About Auckland South Correctional Facility**

Serco opened Kohuora ASCF in Wiri, South Auckland in 2015, extending its portfolio in Asia Pacific. It is a state of the art facility, operated on behalf of the NZ Department of Corrections. We provide a safe and secure environment for over 900 male prisoners, with a strategic focus on better outcomes for Māori.
