Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will provide valuable guidance and support to people leaders, playing a critical role in enhancing the overall people experience. In addition to learning and development, you will take ownership of wellness initiatives, ensuring the well-being of employees is a top priority. **Qualifications**:
- An appropriate degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- A driven and passionate HR professional that is excited by evolution and change
- Ability to build impactful working relationships with leaders and staff, understanding their drivers and individual needs to drive significant business value
- Extensive experience in providing advice on ER issues and an solid understanding of Industrial relations
- Experience in implementing and managing Learning & Development initiatives for enhancing workplace effectiveness
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and discretion in complex environments
- A visible HR Business Partner who can build relationships at all levels of the business with a proactive and genuine approach
