Key tasks for this role include:
- Greeting our customers as a first point of contact- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to exceed our customer needs- Excellent communication skills- Determining and arranging customer service needs- Accurate administration skills- Maintaining our high level of customer service- The costing/invoicing of service jobs- Excellent time management skill- Ability to adjust and work in a busy environment- Technical ability an advantage but not as essential as excellent customer care skillsThe successful applicant must possess a strong eye for detail and the highest standard of numerical accuracy, fast and accurate data entry skills, outstanding customer care skills and clear communication is paramount. We pride ourselves on the relationship we have with our customers, and you’ll be a key part of building that rapport.
