As a **Service Delivery Coordinator**, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way. **You will be based at our Whakatane Depot.**

**Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 06:30 - 15:00

**About this role**:

- Daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staff
- Monitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery team
- Assist with customer queries
- Be involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutions
- Undertake vital administration tasks
- If you have exceptional leadership capabilities and are looking for a step up in your career we would love to hear from you. You will support the Service Delivery Manager to motivate, lead and coach the contracted delivery fleet
- Have intermediate level computer skills
- Experience in fleet management or logistics highly sort after but not essential as long as it's relatable
- Proven ability to work under-pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resources
- Enjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversations
- You rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguity
