Tauranga, New Zealand Service Foods Limited Full time

**Tauranga branch of Service Foods is looking for Delivery drivers to join their amazing team**. The role involves doing deliveries for customers in Tauranga/BOP region.
- Hours: 5.30 am to 3.00 pm (approx.)
- Days: Tuesday to Saturday(& alternate Mondays).
- Location: Maleme Street, Greerton, Tauranga
- Role: Full time permanent

Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver goods to assigned locations and/or individuals.
- Transporting orders and materials to designated sites, involves driving company vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.).
- Loading/unloading delivery trucks; receiving stock and/or filling orders for transport.
- Maintain delivery vehicles (e.g. checking fluid levels, fuelling, cleaning, etc.); ensure safe operation of vehicle.
- Maintain records (e.g. delivery log, etc.).
- Participate in physical inventories/stock take.
- have Class 1 (manual) and above License and relevant driving experience
- Forklift license is a bonus
- Hold clean driving and criminal record
- Knowledge of basic food ingredients
- Reliable and has excellent reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Have confident and friendly phone manner.
- Have basic time management skills are necessary
- Have attention to detail.
- Be physically strong and fit; ability to lift heavy items
- Experience and knowledge in food industry is beneficial
