Looking for a customer oriented, tech savvy, quick learner to join my small business in a customer support and administration role for 30 hours a week. You will be working from home full time, with all equipment provided.

Key requirements:

- Fast learner, as you will be required to work across a number of different software platforms including some that are quite unique
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Able to work well independently, as this is a work from home position (with occasional in person meetings on the North Shore)

As a company we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We assist with technical issues, user management, and general troubleshooting on a daily basis, with quick response times. Hours of work are flexible, but our preference is that your working hours are mostly within NZ business hours.

Regular tasks will include:

- Responding to support queries
- Processing and importing data
- Maintaining a product library
- Creating digital newsletters to send to customers
- Generating and collating reports
- Upskilling on the software platforms we utilise
- Reviewing and providing UX feedback on websites
