We are on the hunt for a sales-savvy door-to-door and phone sales representative to join our team in Auckland. In this role, you will be out in the field and on the phone acquiring new commercial and residential customers.
To succeed in this role, you will have a can-do attitude, and great communication skills and you must be a team player.

You must be qualified or have at least 1 year of proven direct sales experience in a busy target-driven environment and the ability to adapt your sales pitch to suit your audience. You will think on your feet, use your initiative and be confident in closing sales. This role is 40 hours per week Wednesday - Sunday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm

Responsibilities:

- Commercial and Residential visits to targeted prospective customers to create awareness of clean work and home environment and present benefits of our cleaning services.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing activities
- Making an assessment of the existing cleaning services if any.
- Contribute to the success of the organization by guiding quality prospects through the sales channel
- Manage lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully grow team sales
- Exceed set quotas and work in a fast-paced environment
- Deal effectively with all inquiries and represent the company in a professional manner
- Prepare sales reports
- Must be able to elicit customers’ interests and concerns while providing pertinent information

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Shore, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Door to Door Marketing or suitable: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
