Clinical Trial Coordinator, Haematology Research at North Shore Hospital
We are looking for a keen and proactive Clinical Trials Coordinator to organise local and international clinical trials, specialising in outpatient phase 1, 2 & 3 clinical trials. We are known for our high standards and friendly team.
Are you motivated and have outstanding attention to detail, efficient organisational and communication skills? Do you want to be part of an exciting and growing research organisation? Previous experience in Research is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided if needed.
About the role: The Haematology Research department seeks a study coordinator who is experienced, motivated and organised and has a 'can do' attitude. You will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting and growing research organisation. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 to 16.30 (negotiable). The one year contract starts at $40.00/hour and there is opportunity for growth within the company.
Duties and responsibilities: The study coordinator is responsible for managing the non-clinic part of our clinical trials. This includes setting up, administrating, coordinating patient visits, and data management. This is a very complex job; therefore we are looking for a person who adapts quickly to fast-changing priorities and workload. You’ll be continually updating your skills and learning study-specific details every day. We are seeking the following abilities:
- Health-related experience is preferable
- Highly organised worker
- Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
