Timpack are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join their Hamilton based team. This is a stand-alone position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the profitability of sales activities. You will be a member of the branch management team and national sales team, and contribute to the sales and business development strategies for the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new customers and business opportunities to optimise sales and the utilisation of existing facilities
- Maintaining excellent relationships with current and potential customers through regular visits and proactive communication
- Actively seek feedback and take appropriate actions to address customer needs and concerns.
- Prepare quotes for customers in accordance with company requirements
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate information

**Qualifications**:

- A tertiary qualification in a related field
- Proven experience in sales or account management role, preferably in the packaging industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
- A supportive and inclusive work environment
