We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate Structures Asset Management Engineer to join our growing team in Auckland. If you are passionate about bridges and asset management and want to make a real impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you

In this role you will work within one of New Zealand’s most reputable structures asset management teams, delivering our structures asset management services in the Auckland region. You will be involved in managing and delivering a wide range of stimulating projects for our established client base, contributing to projects that extend the life of existing bridges and building resilience.

**Ko wai koe | About you**

We are looking for a structures asset manager passionate about bridges with a strong client and delivery focus. You will be a collaborative team player with practical problem-solving skills. In this role, you will lead others to deliver successful project outcomes on portfolios of existing structural assets across the upper North Island. This role will see you:

- Partnering with clients to understand and deliver to their long-term plans and key drivers.
- Leading and coaching others to support their career development.
- Leading the delivery of structures maintenance and improvement works.
- Building strong internal and external relationships to deliver better outcomes.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Professional registration or on a clear path to achieving registration.
