Claims Specialist

**The Opportunity**

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive and service focused individual to join our vibrant team based in the heart of Wellington’s CBD, as a Claims Specialist.

Set within a fast-paced contact-centre environment, this role will see you will providing effective and efficient processing of mobile insurance claims. Liaising with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders, you will have ample opportunity to provide outstanding service and demonstrate your impressive problem solving skills.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily include:

- Responding to an 0800 claims service line
- Assisting customers with new and existing claims, policy queries and updating details
- Acting as liaison on all claim issues
- Maintaining files and assisting with issuing documents

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to use your initiative and have a flexible attitude to changing workloads and priorities
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
- A great team player with the ability to get along with a wide variety of people
- Computer proficiency with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel etc).
