**The Role**

Millbrook Resort has an iconic and award winning 36-hole champion golf course, which is renowned as world-class in terms of design, beauty and is well-known for co-hosting the NZ Open. The role involves ensuring guests and members are warmly greeted and expectations are met or exceeded along with providing support to management in the day-to-day operations of the golf shop, adding value to all aspects of Millbrook golf operations. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a high-end guest experience.

**Success Profile**
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Great communication skills, coupled with a can do attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as, work as an effective team player
- Impeccable grooming standards
- Strong knowledge of the game of golf
- Retail experience desirable
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
- Drivers Licence advantageous
