About the Role

Our Groundspersons/Labourers help to ensure the maintenance, care, overall presentation and health of our grounds.  The role includes landscape management, operating machinery, weeding, planting, fertilising, spraying and propagation.  

This is a great opportunity to become involved in maintaining a renowned golf course in an unrivalled, alpine setting.  We can provide extensive on the job training, so it is a great opportunity to grow your skills and experience in the industry.

About You

• Previous experience in landscaping, golf course or farmland operations or grounds maintenance is advantageous.
• Growsafe certificate desirable, however training can be provided.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a can-do approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about golfing and the environment.
• A good understanding of all health and safety requirements.
• Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the field.
• Good health, physical fitness and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility in working hours, including early starts, weekends and public holidays.
