A role has opened up at this Tauranga based firm for a Senior Associate in their Relationship Property and Private Client team.

About the role

You will be joining their Private Client team that specialise in areas such as relationship property, asset protection, wills and estate administration, trusts and family disputes. You will be welcomed into this very warm family friendly firm.

Key responsibilities
- Relationship property disputes and files.
- Family succession plans.
- Assisting overseas clients to acquire sensitive assets.
- Setting up and registering charities for clients.
- Acting for fund managers on private equity investments.
- Trust management acting as an independent advisor.

To be successful in this role:

- Ideally have 5+ Years PQE.
- Have the ability to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
- Be strong at building relationships in a predominantly client facing role.
