Stamford Plaza Auckland is currently working with the Ministry of Health & MBIE utilizing the hotel as a managed isolation facility. This is a temporary arrangement.

**About Role...**

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Working closely with the F&B team to deliver great meals and service to guests
- Ensure prompt and efficient Food & Beverage service is provided to all guests
- Co-coordinating, supervising, and motivating the team on your shift
- Training and developing team members
- Accurate billing and cash-up procedure
- Assisting the F&B Senior Managers to improve standards and procedures
- Reviewing guest profiles and ensuring a variety of cuisine to assist with variety and repeat patronage
- Working across all kitchen outlets as and when required (a la carte / buffet etc.)
- Closely monitor the storage and ordering of food whilst maintaining food cost
- Assist with stock take as required
- Ensure service in the kitchen is efficient and continually find ways to continually improve.

**About you**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role in all areas including restaurant, bar, banquets, and room service.
- Bar/Barista experience
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends, late nights, and early mornings
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Hospitality qualification preferred
- LCQ or General Mangers License advantageous
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
