**About you**:
You'll focus on our customers, be self-motivated, proactive and ready develop the JCB brand. You will need:

- Proven success within a sales role
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry
- Be committed to the JCB brand and dedicated to its success
- Ability to create and maintain healthy, profitable customer relationships
- Have a versatile approach in how you plan your sales strategy

**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated person to establish the JCB Brand in the region. A permanent full-time role based out of the Power Farming Auckland branch which is located in Pukekohe. You will have full autonomy to work remotely, making sure you are seen regularly by as many potential customers as possible, working with the Dealer Principal to:

- Lead and develop the JCB brand across Auckland
- Build strong relationships across the construction industry
- Manage exciting client portfolios
- Enjoy freedom to shape and grow the business (we're big believes in giving you room to dig your own path)
- Reporting directly into the Dealer Principal
