Warehouse Stationery in Royal Oak, Auckland is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Casual Team Member to join our dynamic retail environment. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive team atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and product selection
- Operate the till and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Restock shelves and create visually appealing product displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Stay informed about current promotions and product ranges
- Contribute to a positive shopping experience for all customers

**Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Basic computer literacy for operating point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of stationery and office supplies would be advantageous
- Enthusiasm for learning about new products and staying up-to-date with store offerings
