**We are seeking people with the following**:

- A great team player able to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
- Deliver engineering support, oversight, and advice to geothermal and steam fields in your area of expertise.
- Lead, direct, motivate and mentor the engineering team.
- Be comfortable providing candid technical advice to senior leadership.
- Degree in engineering or equivalent qualifications, ideally with recognised professional registration (CPEng, Int PE) with power generation (or similar) as a practice area.
- At least 8+ years’ experience in the power sector (or similar heavy industry).
- A high level of expertise and experience in mechanical engineering, ideally including heavy rotating equipment, pressure parts, functional safety, or similar disciplines.
