**About The Role**:
With a focus on coaching and mentoring the finance and logistics teams, the CFO has responsibility for the financial leadership of this fast growing, profitable and much-respected business. You will ensure:

- That financial business processes are efficient and effective across the Group;
- The Group has a robust and regularly reviewed policies and practices for Treasury, FX, Capital Management, Group Budgeting, Risk Management, Cashflow and Financial Reporting;
- All Group statutory compliance obligations are met;
- Efficient and streamlined operations in freight and logistics for whole goods and parts, including shipping and negotiation with suppliers;
- The strong leadership & development of a committed team of finance and commercial professionals.

**Skills & Experience**:
We’re looking for an experienced and seasoned CFO who is used to dealing with complexity and can hit the ground running. Ideally you will come from a related/adjacent industry involving supply chain, machinery, retail, import/export, automotive, construction or the agri-sector. It goes without saying you will be a strategic contributor and great fit to the Group Leadership Team, enjoying agile decision making and the high level of visibility they have across the business. You will have:

- A CA qualification along with Treasury experience & have managed a sizeable FX programme;
- At least 10 years’ experience in a senior management finance position in a medium to large commercial enterprise;
- High levels of commercial & financial acumen, ideally experience with acquisitions;
- Successfully lead teams of finance professionals and be committed to their development;
- A down to earth and practical style, a track record of building excellent relationships and enjoys communicating with people at all levels;
- A strong level of customer focus effectively liaising with a wide range of internal and external customers and suppliers, also interacting successfully at Board level.

Contributing to your success in this role may also include relevant experience with Trans-Tasman, Capital Equipment, Retail Finance and having an affinity with farming.
