Due to internal movement, we are looking for a highly engaged individual who has a strong desire to drive for results and succeed. This role sits within our Customer Business Development job family in Auckland.

Under the leadership and support of the Line Manager, the Omnichannel & eCommerce Specialist is responsible for the execution of eMerchandising Strategies through the customer development team. The role is in a fast-changing eCommerce environment and requires a high degree of flexibility.

This role works closely with the Grocery Customer Development Team, eCommerce & SPT KAM, and Digital Merchandising Manager, to drive our digital strategy with key retailers. This is a key strategic role for our business since we project that 50-60% of all future growth across our segments will come from eCommerce.

- Analytical, administrative and/or experience with reporting
- Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Well organised, excellent time management and presentation skills
- Collaborative, ability to work closely with a range of people across different functions
**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Execute against our Picture of Success, focusing on the priority Merchandising Key Beliefs, with the priority customers. Responsible for working with key stakeholders across marketing & sales and our key customers, to ensure we deliver our target scores in the agreed time period.
- Work with the offline KAM team across Pet, Food & MWC to develop and then execute our online activation calendar in grocery accounts. Be the expert to recommend our online strategy to them for approval.
- Support the eCommerce & SPT KAM as required
