We are looking for a Release Manager for one of our clients in Auckland, New Zealand.

**Short Description**:
You will play a critical role as a Release Manager. Working with our multidisciplinary team, you will be the conduit between business, technology, creative, and strategy. It will be your responsibility to immerse yourself in the vision of our clients, in the Engineering Enablement team with the purpose of delivering and coordinating solutions for business.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The Release Manager will take ownership of planning and coordinating software and platform releases across multiple workstreams to produce consistent, on-time, high-quality releases while seeking to continually improve ways of working.
- The role will work closely with other teams to ensure that environments are kept current and fit for purpose, and processes are reviewed and updated regularly.
- This is a specialist position in the Engineering Enablement team with the purpose of delivering and coordinating solutions for business.
- Experience coordinating release processes, and improving release processes and cadences.
- Experience with modern deployment practices using cloud services, pipelines, containers, service virtualization, and on-Prem processes.
- Working knowledge of technical skills like branch management, feature toggles, and CI/CD.
- Experience with DevOps, automation, and integrating workflows.
- Has demonstrated experience in working and integrating with bespoke and SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a geographically distributed diverse stakeholder group.
- A curious mind and a desire to learn about technical innovations and how they may be applied to the operating environment.
