**He kōrero mōu: The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **Team Leader Venue Operations** to lead our new and developing team of Venue Operations Coordinators. Reporting to the Manager Operations, you will provide strategic venue management for some of our most iconic and active venues in conjunction with our talented delivery staff and key precinct stakeholders.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

Our ideal applicant comes equipped with around 3 years’ experience in a senior operations position. You will have people management and team leadership experience. As a team, we are driven to achieve the best outcomes, so our successful applicant will have demonstrated this in their current/previous role(s). You will be highly organised, skilled at planning and prioritising tasks and have proven experience in conflict resolution.

Personal resilience is a must - we work in a highly collaborative, creative industry with a huge number of stakeholders, coordination and organisation involved, so someone who can work well and maintain their composure in pressured situations will be ideally suited for this role.

You must have a full and clean drivers license.
