This position works across Tātaki Auckland Unlimited (TAU), its venues, and ancillary storage and provides support in the protection and security of the buildings (assets), contents, occupants, and users. All TAU security activities are geared towards preparedness, readiness, and staff growth.
- This frontline leadership position is critical to the tactical deployment of security officers and mobile patrols across multiple sites. You will lead real-time incident responses, coordinate resources, ensure best-practice security operations, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Supporting team development and training will also be key to keeping our service responsive and effective.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- Brings 3-5 years of strong frontline leadership experience
- Stays calm under pressure and leads with confidence
- Has experience with COMCEN operations, mobile patrols, and dispatch systems
- Is proficient with Gallagher, Milestone, and other security technologies
- Communicates clearly and builds high-performing teams
