**About the role | Ko te tūranga mahi**

We're looking for a System Developer to join our IT Application & Support team at Public Trust. Based in Wellington, you'll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining system solutions that support our business needs.

You'll work across the organisation to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. Your work will focus on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central development using AL (Visual Studio Code), with responsibilities including:

- Developing customisations and integrations across platforms like NavOne, Business Central, Dynamics 365 and APIM
- Translating business needs into technical specifications
- Providing Level 3 technical support and maintaining system stability
- Supporting releases, upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations

This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise will help shape how we do business.

**About you | Ko wai koe**

You're an experienced developer who enjoys solving complex problems and working collaboratively. You bring a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central, and you're confident working in both SaaS and On-Prem environments.

You'll bring:

- 3+ years of development experience with Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV
- Proficiency in AL language and tools like Visual Studio Code, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- A relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g. MB-800, MB-820, MB-910) are a bonus
