We are currently seeking that special person who is motivated by leading our strategy, relationships, and growth in the Otago & Southland Region.

GHD already has an office and people based in Dunedin and Cromwell, but we are committed to further investment in the region to a build strong, connected, and engaged working environment for our teams and clients.

As a GHD Regional Leader, you will be the heart of delivering a fantastic client, people and community experience. Taking action to build the GHD brand alongside your own technical career. You might be a planner, engineer, economist, architect or project manager looking for an opportunity to lead a region and build strong relationships. Whatever your background we would love to hear from you if you have an interest in:

- Being the face of GHD for clients and the community, taking action to build the GHD brand and grow GHD through strong relationship with targeted clients, industry, and the community.
- Building sustainable growth with targeted clients and enabling a great experience for people located in the region.
- identification of new service offerings, building sustainable regional offices, support recruitment and business offering, drive the culture of client excellence, lead on the pastoral care and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Be a visible leader by acting in line with our values.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Define our vision and strategy for growth in the region, aligning leaders and teams around identified clients and opportunities for growth.
- Ability to oversee a client inspired working and office culture. Enabling a fun, collaborative, safe and healthy environment that our people are excited to participate in.
- A work winning approach for the region in collaboration with leaders of the business and Client Experience Leader.
- Driving and maintaining compliance with GHD’s core management systems and processes.
