**THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Contracts Manager to lead our team based at the Auckland International Airport carrying out a variety of works which include maintenance, standover, and small projects

As Contracts Manager, you will provide your team with a clear sense of direction around their roles and accountabilities, as well as provide advice, resources, and remove barriers to performance.

We have a lot of exciting new and upcoming work and this is a great opportunity for someone to come in and continue the growth that this part of our business has been experiencing.

**ABOUT YOU**

Your motivation for continuous improvement will prepare you to capitalise on opportunities to make improvements to processes, methodology and safety performance. Excellent people leadership skills and the ability to build very strong working relationships with client representatives will accelerate your success in this role.

Ideally, you will have come from an Operations background and would have had hands-on experience working running contracts within the high voltage space.

**Other Requirements**:

- Proven work experience managing a large team; preferably within the maintenance and projects space
- Preferably a tertiary qualification in business management and or skill qualifications aligned with the Electrical industry.
