- Full-time, Permanent contract with a minimum of 40 hours guaranteed per week.
- Monday - Friday and may be required to participate in a standby roster.

**About the Role**
- Looking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting **Supervisor**role just for you In this position, you’ll manage the day-to-day organisation within the profit centre, with a major focus on customer satisfaction, and co-ordination and despatching of staff. To ensure work is completed safely, on time, to an appropriate quality standard and to achieve planned profit or better as per maintenance and job bid targets, making a real impact.- Planning work for staff on a daily basis.
- Liaising with clients and landowners as appropriate.
- Supervising field staff.
- Utilising subcontractors where necessary.
- Ensuring that both Omexom and the client comply with the Contract Agreement.
- Ensuring that job packs are submitted for invoicing in timely manner.
- Managing labour to maintain excellent productivity and industrial relations.
- Assisting with tendering of small to medium size contracts.
- Ensuring safe working methods and the requirements of the Health and Safety in Employment Act are followed and communicated to all staff through regular site meetings.
- Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care for own health and safety and the health and safety of others.

**Qualifications and Skills**- A level 4 qualification as a Transmission Line Mechanic is preferred.
- Supervisory training and qualification at Level 4 desirable.
- Hands on experience in transmission lines installation and maintenance.
- A thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.
- Basic computer ability.
- Able to write brief reports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with staff and customers, at all levels.
