The Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company is a manufacturer and marketer of specialist high value dairy-based ingredients and consumer foods.

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager to join our team. To be successful in this role it is essential you have Five + years’ experience in supply chain, with exposure to both demand and supply planning alongside an understanding of how these drive the financial performance of a business.

Within the Finance division, the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager is a newly created role primarily responsible for leading the S&OP process, ensuring effective alignment between the sales, operations, and financial plans. While located within Finance, the ability to work collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales, and Operations teams is fundamental to both the success of the role and underlying S&OP process.

**In the role you will be responsible for**:

- Co-ordinating and facilitating the monthly S&OP cycle, to maintain consistency throughout the business
- Capturing requirements from across the business for ongoing reporting needs, and act as the central point to provide feedback on these as they develop
- Lead internal education, training, and development for the S&OP processes, across all divisions of the business.
- Management of the related projects, including planning, resourcing prioritising, providing justification for the projects, as well as budgeting for CAPEX and OPEX expenditure

**We are seeking applicants who**:

- Have the ability and presence to lead change within the business, understanding there will be varying levels of enthusiasm for adoption
- Sufficient self-assurance to voice concerns in a public forum, lead training exercises and to stand ground / push back when needed.
- Proven ability to think strategically, to identify improvement opportunities whilst understanding the impact of change and the need to take a measured approach to instilling it
- Are proactive and effective in the management of internal and external relationships
- Proven experience in program management across multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Having a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics or another related discipline as well as experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally within the dairy or wider food industry would be very beneficial. You must be Comfortable working at all levels of the organisation, from executive leaders to members of subsidiary teams.
