**Job Description**:
Here at TWG, the security of our people, product and property is key. As a Profit Protection Specialist, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and reduce loss of profit and value, as well as external & internal criminality for our Warehouse stores in the Lower North Island.

A quick snapshot of the role:

- Execute the strategic plan for the protection of our people, property and value
- Ensure The Warehouse brand meets all operational and strategic goals in regards to Profit Protection
- Drive the development, deployment and embedding of initiatives across The Warehouse to keep our people and property safe
- Educate and enable our stores in profit protection best practice
- Leverage industry and public partnerships to drive better retail crime outcomes for TWG

**Qualifications**:
You will also be someone who thinks strategically, works collaboratively, and who creates an atmosphere of trust and productivity. This position will also require excellent influencing skills to manage relationships across the Agile structure.
