**What's the job?**

InterGroup are New Zealand's Infrastructure and Industrial Services specialists, delivering services in waste management, industrial and coatings and infrastructure. Reporting to the GM Operations, your primary focus will be to ensure the effective operations of the business unit with work/projects completed on time, on budget, to specification, including meeting all legislative health and safety and environmental compliance requirements.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of coatings projects throughout the organization, Project Management through to completion, effective management, development, scheduling and coordination of people and resources for the coatings business.

You will be responsible for business growth for the business unit, driving operational excellence in delivery of service, with overall responsibility for profitability and revenue growth whilst meeting all health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.

You would need a few years' management experience under your belt.

**_To be considered suitable for this position, you'll need_**
- NACE (or equivalent) certification
- Full, clean, and current driver’s license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialist coatings, corrosion management and/or industrial services
- Has applied knowledge practically to projects, operations within the specialist coatings, corrosion management and/or industrial services industry with positive results.
