**About the role**

In this exciting role you would be accountable for leading a multidisciplinary marketing team who are responsible for the development and execution of customer and channel specific marketing plans. We need you to drive and deliver the long-term vision and strategy for our NZ business.

You would report locally to our General Manager here in NZ however you would work very closely with our Australian team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on a new challenge, with rewarding work and build a career within a global company.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and drive the delivery of the consumer brand marketing strategy
- Champion and drive a consistent understanding of our consumer brands
- Conduct strategic planning, marketing and implementation of digital marketing strategies
- Defining key performance indicators and perform ROI analytics
- Monitor and control implementation of the marketing plan and budget
- Collaborate with wider teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Ensure customer insights and strategic marketing insights are key elements to influence the development of the ANZ regional marketing strategy

- A Bachelor Degree in Marketing (or equivalent)
- Extensive marketing experience building or managing a portfolio of brands, with a strong understanding of the platforms, channels and strategies within a large B2C agile environment.
- Minimum of 5 years people and strategic leadership experience with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience in all facets of the digital customer experience and social media
- Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems, and Account Based Management / Marketing
- Ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships
- Demonstrated large scale portfolio planning, analysis, governance, reporting and project management experience
- Ability to identify commercial drivers and understand the competitive landscape
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically consider information and articulate a business case
- Strong expertise in the component elements of digital marketing
