We are looking for an exceptional casual Receptionist to provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to our guests, in line with our vision and values on customer satisfaction. The role will provide administrative support across the organization on a casual as needed basis. The role will also coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls as well as overseeing the café operations.

Ideally you will have the following attributes:

- Experience in admin and customer services
- Experience in sales preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Solid organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Barista experience
- Accounts experience

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring that the customer experience is exceptional throughout the business
- Providing first point of contact for customers and visitors
- Answering telephones, booking meetings, ordering office supplies, sending packages and all other general office duties
- Identifying marketing opportunities and up-selling / cross-selling
- Ensuring that daily service charges are captured onto the POS.
- Daily running of the office café and bar
