**About the Organisation**
This large Real Estate Agency based in Wellington CBD is looking for a Receptionist to join their Corporate Services Team, reporting to the Engine Room Manager. With offices across NZ, they have built up a highly reputable brand and are considered one of the top Agencies in New Zealand. This particular branch has a staff compliment of around 40.
**About the Role**
As the Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service to their clients visiting and calling the office whilst providing support to the wider team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days will be the same. There is huge growth potential in this role and they are ideally looking for someone who wants to grow their career in this space
Duties will range from meeting and greeting clients; booking meeting rooms and formatting documents to assisting the wider team with administrative tasks and liaising with key stakeholders.
**About You**
Proven work experience in a corporate environment in a similar role will be highly advantageous but they are equally happy to train someone with a great "can do" attitude who is looking to kickstart their career You will ideally have strong multi-tasking skills and enjoy administrative tasks.
