Are you ready to make a meaningful impact on business performance? Our Finance Core Operations team is looking for a dynamic and driven Finance Business Partner to join us.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, leveraging your financial expertise to support strategic and operational goals. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate financial implications, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful data-driven insights that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Evaluate financial implications of transactions, conduct complex analysis, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and business case development.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on business unit performance, implement frameworks to drive improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Financial Reporting & Processes: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and continuous process optimisation.
- Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with business leaders, provide tailored financial guidance, and act as a trusted advisor to drive informed decision-making.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Provide financial leadership, mentor junior employees, and collaborate across the Finance community to align interests and deploy best practices.

Your strong finance background and analytical skills will drive financial results, enhance operational efficiency, and offer actionable insights. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders through cross-functional collaboration.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA, CPA, or CMA certification preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in finance or a related field with cross-functional analytical expertise.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders using coaching expertise
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and predictive analytics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in finance technology and systems (e.g., SAC, PowerBI, ERP).
- A growth mindset, resilience, and ability to manage complexity.
