**We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Hamilton branch for the right person to now join our Laboratory Operations team in the role of Section Manager - Organics.** Reporting to the Operations Manager - Hamilton, this role will be focused on planning and coordinating Section resources and delivering operational performance that consistently meets quality and turnaround time expectation whilst also promoting a great working environment for the members of the section.

**This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to advance their career in laboratory management to deliver analytical services.**

Our Section Managers play an important role in providing input to strategic and business planning activities in their market sector and across the company. As a strong leader with a big picture focus you will promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement. A key focus will be achieving optimum performance against KPI's. Ideally you will have a technical background with a good understanding of a laboratory processing environment.
