**Jobtitle-Cleaning Operations Manager**

***Days of Work: Monday to Friday from early afternoon to late evening**

**Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple commercial sites.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare cleaning roaster and allocate resources effectively.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold cleaning standards and client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate timely replenishment, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Knowledge and compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with client representatives.
- Proactively address client concerns and implement solutions promptly.
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for cleaning operations.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to service agreements and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and cleaners, addressing their concerns and providing assistance as needed.

Additional Requirements:

- Relevant qualification in management or business is required.
- Proven experience in managing the business and team will be preferred.
- The ability to multi-task and problem-solving capability;
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Good work ethic and reliability record;
- Have a mobile phone for communications;
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Full driver’s license or International driver’s license is an added advantage;
- Clean Police record.

**You will be well-trained in our business processes, our systems, our products, and working with our customers to ensure that they receive the most professional and caring service to meet their needs.
